To my complete surprise I am pretty much where I was two months ago...I guess I CAN do nothing but eat Ice Cream and watch Street Fighter II V and retain my cardiovascular capabilities and endurance. Perhaps continued Dodgeball, despite my injury and beginning P90X four weeks prior must have helped.
Dunno...maybe I am just in really good shape...:)
I made it passed the warm up without stopping and the circuits were an ass kicker still and I guess it will be until the end of time since its my own body that is moving around. If I get stronger, I do more, if I get heavier because of muscle, I work more. Just like push ups...they will always suck!
I guess for this week I will focus mostly on Insanity. I may do Arms and Shoulders tomorrow at Mason's (where I've been doing Insanity) along with Ab Ripper X but I think I really need to get the whole diet thing down pat before I do both. I want to finish toning and drop some serious body fat (Rinzler will appreciate it) but still add to the lovely increase in muscle mass that I am witnessing.
Catalyst is there, day two of solid use so we shall what it can do. Can't wait to get some spare cash so I can load up on some goodies.
Oh, I was sore as hell today and probably will be tomorrow considering that yesterday was just the damn fitness test and today was the actual work out. Plyo...ouch.
