Insanity Redeux



I decided to start Insanity again today. Coming out of a two month hiatus I am excited to get back on my ankle again. Running, jumping, throwing, working out, loving it. I do miss the ice cream and the Street Fighter II V but I do believe I miss Shaun T more. Like...watched the infomercials with a sad longing kind of missing...

The Fit Test which you think is easy, really isn't at all. Its damn hard, if you push yourself and that's what I do. I want to improve and not short change myself so I really do give it all I've got, or close.

Today I certainly got my ass kicked...by myself and I surprisingly retained most of what I worked so hard for back in April/May:

I am pretty thrilled and was very eager to christen our new floor with my sweat. :)

I took some Catalyst as I have a full bottle and am trying to use all of my supplements before I start to purchase or look into more. I think it helped. Something most of for me to retain my fitness and cardio.

I still want to do P90x (week four) and run but I will need to not only figure out how to balance them out, but also do so and utilize a diet that will prevent them from counter acting each other. Halloween is just around the corner and I want to look good...
