Did Insanity's Cardio Power and Resistance. Its the only one that has a warm up I cannot finish. I had to take a lot of breaks during the circuits too, but overall I did well. This is going to be a great first week that will make the oncoming weeks more effective. If I start out strong in week one, I can only imagine where I will be at the end of this bad boy.
I can feel more core tightening and my leg muscles waking up. I am getting stronger and faster or rather, I am getting back to where I was a couple of months ago. I am excited.
Catalyst may be doing something, too soon to tell. It could be just that my body is waking up. :)
Solid game of Dodgeball today too. Completely owned on my ex's new beau. It was quite amusing seeing him try so hard and failing. It was also great seeing my teammates step it up. We all hard roles to play and because of that, we won. I mean, I did contribute about 80% of it...just saying...
Vegas definitely elevated my game as did playing while injured, I learned or relearned that if I jump less, I catch more and I've been doing that a lot. Combining that and the Vegas elevated play makes me even more deadly...and I should probably keep my ego in check now...Lol.
