Damn, a few days have gone since I've updated. Looking like I haven't done anything since the 26th...crap, so much for accurately logging my progress.
27th (Wednesday) Training set day - 4 normal grip/4 close grip / 4 wide grip (OUCH!)
28th (Thursday) Used 4 training sets, got up to 24 pull ups (6 sets)
29th (Friday) Bitched out and did Training set day because wide grip hurt...still does 4/4/4
Missed one day of Insanity because of the SIX HOUR DDAY tournament.
2nd (Monday) Didn't' work out because I wanted to conserve myself for the PFD on Tuesday. Been training for it all month...
3rd (Tuesday) 11 pull ups, 89 crunches, 3 mile run in 23:10, a personal best. Never topped that and when I first began this madness, thought I never would. Fuck yeah. Will retest June 6th and I need at least 15 pull ups 100 crunches and a run under 22 minutes. Doable.
4th (Wednesday) 4/4/4
5th (Thursday) 32 pull ups using 4 as a training set (8 sets) going to up it to 5 pull ups a training set. To think I used 2 as a training set...
6th (Friday) Did Wednesday again...used 5. 5/5/5
Missed one day of Insanity :(
Began "Herbal Cleanse" on Monday the 2nd and went this entire time without a drop of alcohol, limited sugar (very limited) and virtually no dairy. If I eat crap, it goes right through me, almost instantly and becomes...crap. Three more nights and I am done. So far, so good.
Today I did "max effort day" which I've been avoiding for the passed few weeks. Max effort pull ups scares the shit out of me. Carlos made me laugh my first run through so that affected my first go:

Meh. Need to get better and need to start doing push ups in the morning again as well as RUN. I have 26 more training days. That will get here fast.
