Post-Workout Recovery

Yesterday I did chest, biceps and abs. Normally when I train with Mike, I am sore for days. Right now, I hardly feel a thing. I find myself wondering if I trained as hard as I normally do but when I remember that I was shaking profusely when trying to lift my gym bag from the car, trying to pour myself a glass of milk to mix with the PWR and typing yesterday's entry, I can answer with confidence, yes, I got my shit wrecked yesterday.

One of our neighbors happened to drop by, offering to work out. We're taking him up on his offer. Perfect chance to get Catalyst started.
